Our Mission
We’re on a mission to connect a fragmented health system into a single, unified platform.
Pixel Care breaks down the barriers between patients, providers, and pharmacies to create a unified source of truth where information flows freely, where questions are answered, and treatment is tracked every step of the way.
Complex care regimens are stressful. Pixel Care empowers patients to a new frontier of fully connected care where control is in their hands.
The values that drive us to achieve more:
Our roots are in traditional pharmacy care, where personal interactions and relationships matter, and we bring warmth and sincerity to all relationships, both internal and external.
We will never settle, always believing in ourselves and pushing the limits of what’s possible to better serve our patients, customers, and ourselves.
Whether it’s impacting lives, improving business operations, or streamlining care, we seek to transform everything for the better in a big way.
We possess decades of experience and bring an air of confidence to everything we do. As a result, we are self-assured but not arrogant about it.
We’re allies for our patients, providers, and pharmacy partners. Our supportive nature fosters honest, warm, and meaningful relationships.
We offer transparency in a traditionally opaque industry. We are admired and respected for our commitment to openness, trust, and clarity.

Adam Hait is a third generation pharmacist who graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1993. In 1995 Adam created one of the very first “specialty” pharmacies in the country concentrating on the needs of fertility patients. By 2005, Schraft’s, a Specialty Pharmacy had become the nations leader in fertility pharmacy support and was acquired by Walgreen’s Health Services.
After carefully researching the evolution or de-evolution of pharmacy Adam decided to return to the industry launching Schraft’s 2.0 in 2016. In a very short amount of time Schraft’s has achieved four accreditations (NABP, URAC, ACHC, PCAB), is licensed in all 50 states and has assisted Progyny, Carrot Fertility and Kindbody in their efforts to launch and manage a pharmacy benefit based on patient support. Adam recently joined the board of directors for Baby Quest, a not for profit organization that provides grants for procedures such as IVF and gestational surrogacy. Adam is also a member of the ASRM, NCPA, APhA and has spoken extensively on the value of embedding a pharmacist in your practice.

I am a Jersey girl, born and raised. I am married with two sons, 15 and 13. Both of my boys play on Club or Showcase baseball teams therefore 10 out of 12 months of the year, I am a traveling baseball mom. When I am not busy being a baseball mom, I love to read psycho thriller books and be at the Jersey Shore. The beach is my happy place when I am away from the baseball field. As you can see, we are a huge baseball family. Everything revolves around baseball.
