LOS ANGELES, CA (July 22, 2020) – Valence Media today announced a rebrand to MRC. MRC, formerly Media Rights Capital, is comprised of six divisions: MRC Data, MRC Film, MRC Non-Fiction, MRC Television, the newly named MRC Media & Info – which includes brands The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and Vibe and the newly established MRC Live & Alternative – which includes dick clark productions. MRC is headquartered in Beverly Hills and has offices in New York, Kansas City, Tampa, Fairfax, Nashville and Chicago.
