Depending on the bank, you might receive a “direct assign” order or a “bid.” We do not select the bidder, nor do we negotiate your fee. The lender selects the bid and your bid is just that — yours.
Bids can come from any of our lender clients who operate in your coverage area.
You can reply to any message sent from our platform and your response will be processed in order. It is important that we keep our mutual client updated, especially in regards to a revised delivery date.
